Our Melbourne facility is equipped with a 6-stage chromate system capable of processing parts up to 3m x 1.Sm xl.Sm also having the advantage of being able to double dip larger products This system has been designed to work with a vast aray of projects, aluminium trays and canopys, louvres, switchboards, fencing etc to provide the highest possible standard of aluminium chromating in Australia.
We currently provide aluminium chromating services for custom projects, architectural, commercial, domestic applications, and the automotive industries. Aluminium conversion coating is also a requirement of powder coating aluminium to Australian Standards (1627.0-1997] and is southeast water approved Our 6-stage chromate conversion coating modifies the surface properties of aluminium products to provide an outstanding foundation primer for adhesives and powder coating/paint and is an excellent corrosion inhibitor and conductivity preserver.
