This is an alkaline immersion degreaser formulated to remove oils and contaminants from either ferrous or non-ferrous metals. This tank is also heated to 55 Degrees Celsius for ultimate performance.
2nd Process
Clean Water rinse
Between each treatment we use a clean fresh water rinse to neutralise any leftover residue/contaminants from the previous treatment.
3rd Process
Iron Phosphate
Iron phosphate immersion tank that achieves better adhesion and corrosion resistance - achieving up to 1000 hours Salt Spray testing.
This tank is also heated to 45Degrees Celsius for optimum treatment.
